weight watchers update

This was my first week back at Weight Watchers. I decided to have interim goals instead of just showing the entire amount of weight I need to lose. So, starting at my original weight and counting what I had lost and didn't gain back after I quit going over the holidays, here is where I stand this week.

My first goal is the 10% recommended by Weight Watchers as the first serious weight loss and proof that you are on your way.

BTW - this week I lost a little over 5 pounds.

Yay me.
